What else do I need to do to encourage weight loss?

I am currently 127 pounds but I would like to get down to 115lbs. I am 27 years, I used to be hard core athlete from the ages of 10-17. I have just started to exercise again. I do Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones once a day, and sometimes I will do Yoga for dummies as well. I have cut down my calorie intake, by only eating Veggie Delites (6inch, wheat bread, only mustard) from Subway, as well as home made salads using Tapatio as a salad dressing. I am currently living in China, so running outside isn't that great for my lungs (lots of pollution) and the gyms in my city are not fully equipped or worth paying a membership for. I have been walking more, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and not been eating out. I currently only drink water and green tea. Is there anything else I should be doing? Any helpful hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
