Is it normal for my friend to caress me with a comb?

Okay so my friend Jillian came over for a sleep over yesterday. She brought her comb named "LeBrone". So we were lying on the couch casually and out of nowhere she pulls out the red comb and starts brushing my arm hair with it. And she continues to do so for a while at random moments! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??
