Should I delete my ex from facebook?

Me and my ex broke up a couple months ago, and I'm still not 100% over her. I know it sounds silly, but everytime something from her pops up in my newsfeed, my heart still skips a beat and then I'm stuck thinking about her for a few minutes. I don't really stalk her profile like I did when we first broke up, but seeing her everyday on fb makes it a little harder to get over her I guess. We are still civil with eachother, she texts me from time to time and we have some mutual good friends. I don't hate her or anything, but I can't decide whether or not I should delete her for my own good so I can completely stop thinking about her for a while...any advice?
