I am 19 years old, 5'8'', and 180 pounds. I need to lose weight. Help!?

That slim fast stuff is pretty worthless. Just eat moderately and maybe keep it a little healthier but there's no need to starve yourself. Exercise will probably help the most, especially running. Not sure what you do for a job but if it's something where you're standing for 8 hours a day that will help. Otherwise, you may have to do a little more exercising.
