Is it possible for a girl to shoot two (one at the right hand; one at the left hand) Mac 10s on the same time?

Umm.. short answer is yes.. But its quite unsafe to be dual wielding and shooting 2 MACs (or any gun) at the same time. Especially if she's a gun newb (not sure about her experience). Maybe you try it first, then let her try it, or no more ideas from COD :)
