Is this a good plan to lose weight please help! (:?

Yes you'll loose weight, but you'd looe more weight if you ran instead of power walked and if you did more working out than just 30 minutes a day. 30 mintues is nothing when walking, but 30 mintues of running is something. If you're going to powerwalk, do it for a much longer periods of time. It will take you longer to loose weight just excersing for 30 mintues, than for and hour or more. EXCERISE A LOT!!!!
