i have been working out non stop for two weeks now. i do two jillian michaels tapes (30 day shred and ripped in 30) and 1 hour on the elliptical (12 miles) everyday. I am 5'10 and 125 pounds, and i'm 19 years old. before i started working out i measured my waist and it was 23...now it is 25! i expected my muscles to get bigger but my waist?? i do NOT want this to happen! I'm trying to get thinner and more toned....what am i doing wrong? (i eat about 1200cals a day and im vegan so its not food)
