What do i need to reload .45 acp?

hey guys, have been thinking about getting into reloading .45acp. I know i need bullets, powder, large pistol primers, and brass. An of course several reloading manuals which I have. I'm trying to be as cost effective as possible. i will be using the Lee classic to start with as each step is done individually and its only $20 to boot. Also I would like to shoot lead 200gr projectiles. So with this being said, whats a good powder, primer and bullet combo that will yield accurate and economical? Any input is greatly appreciated.
