What concealed carry caliber would you choose? why? 9mm, 40s&w, 10mm, 45acp, 38 special/357 magnum, 44 magnum?

My First choice is .357 Magnum followed by 38 special. Why because I have the most experience shooting the .357 mag than any other handgun cartridge. I know what it is capable of doing in my N Frame S&W's and my J frame sized revolvers. I believe that the round is a proven man stopper. Lastly the revolver is very reliable handgun and I'm more accurate with a revolver than a semi-automatic pistol. When I carry my J frame sized revolvers I carry 38 Special HP's, because I want to reduce the risk over penetration inside the city.
