High performance 45 acp round?

the specs are the bullet is 90 grain with 2036 fps/828 ft lbs can this load reliably shot out of a pistol? obviously the pistol would have to be a high performance one so a hk usp which is what i carry would be one of the best options. also at these performance specs would the bullet potentially have armor piercing capabilities
