Can someone answer this on girl stuff? ?
First, you can stop putting yourself down. Look at yourself and find things you do like, the color of your eyes, your hair, smile, etc. Then sit down and make a list of all the things you like about yourself, include everything you can think of, for example, "I'm a good friend, smart, funny, etc" look at it every day. Realize that this type of problem is very common in young people your age. Try not to focus on what others are saying about you, instead focus on building some confidence and self-esteem. Lastly, find someone in your age that needs a friend and become that friend. Perhaps the one who has been labeled geek, loser, fat, etc. Take the time to get to know them it will make you and them feel better and you will become a better more mature person because of it.
