1911 .45 ACP Grips selection question. Your opinion?

Ok, I have a 1911 Nickel plated .45 on the way. It is a Rock Island, so I got a good price on it. One thing I know they skimp on is their grips. I want to know what would be the best looking grips for this gun? I was looking and couldn't find any polished nickel grips online? Maybe Polished Brass? Polished chrome? I probably will not go the wood route, where as I want this thing shiny... Maybe Polished Ivory
