Jillian Michaels DVD: Which is better Banish Fat Boost Metabolism or No More Trouble Zones?

I just watched both Dvds on Youtube & I kind of like the "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" . I've tried her "30 Day Shred" & I LOVED it! But that's just my opinion, but anyways I'd got w/ the first one because your booting your metabolism as well making it easier for your body to burn extra calories when your not doing anything!

What is the best .45ACP for concealed carry?

One of my friends carries a Kimber Covert 1911 with night sights and Crimson trace=) I wish I could afford a gun like that but really for concealed carry the weapon should fit your build. He is like Jason Statham so he can pull it off. I ussually opt for compacts over subcompacts because they are more concealable and actually fit my hand really well. I think for .45 ACP though you should just get a 1911 or one of the new polymer guns that have 15rd mags in .45ACP=)

Should I completely cut out ice cream too?

I exercise every day (usually running about 3 miles, abs, Jillian Micheals’ workouts OnDemand ) I’m 5 ft. 4 and 115 pounds. I have cut out all candy, chocolate, cookies, and cake from my diet, but I still love having Dreyer’s Slow Churned cookies and cream ice cream every night. (120 calories and 4g of fat per serving.) I always crave ice cream after dinner. It’s like my daily treat. Is this bad? Should I cut out ice cream out completely too? Every time I try to cut it out it just makes me want it more, but I don’t know what to do.

Why is he so angry at me?

We're over, we never dated but he wanted me. He faked relationships, hangs out with his ex a lot (its one of the reasons I left). I am making fun of her and insulting her on twitter because 4 mnths ago he advised the police on me for insulting him and his friends (I didnt contact him but i did this cuz he stole my work and did the faking), and said never to message him again. He kept on stalking me in the 4 mnths, he did nude photography something i hinted while we were talking. Why is he so angry when i insulted her on twitter and said im looking for a bf of my own? Im being stalked by my dad..he is really controling and a few years back i decided not to live with him now im 18 and he found out my address and keeps sending me letters to see me...he came up to the house when i wasent there and was banging on the door asking where i was.My mom called the cops and they personally called him with a warrent of arrest.So he had a family friend come to me uninvited asking me things..i diddent give a straight answer on anything but still im really scared

ok so im 12 years old and i weigh 143-150 pounds.....YES I KNOW I AM FAT........ im 5`3 so i started this jillian Michael's workout video and it says lose 20 lbs in 30 days. but i think i gain weight again because i don`t have a healthy diet plan.....plus my mom doesn`t even buy the healthy foods i need.....CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT......
